Who can participate in the Case Study Adventure?
Any Master’s degree or postgraduate student in his or her final or pre-final year can apply. Applicants should have superb academic records and demonstrate their drive and motivation.

Will I be evaluated at the Case Study Adventure?
The Case Study Adventure is not a competition or an assessment for making hiring decisions. Instead, we want to offer you candid development feedback, a glimpse of how we work, and an exploration of the role consulting could play for you in your career.

Will participating in the Case Study Adventure cost me anything?
McKinsey covers your housing and board as well as your travel to and from the event.

Does participation have any implication on my potential career at McKinsey?
The Case Study Adventure has no implication for your career opportunities. Should you decide to join McKinsey, you will have to fulfill all standard requirements as other candidates. On the other hand, the Case Study Adventure gives you opportunity to see how McKinsey works and what our consultants are like. Moreover, you can learn about the McKinsey way of problem solving, which is also important part of McKinsey recruiting process.

What should I bring with me?
The dress code is smart casual (e.g. decent jeans, polo shirt). During the outdoor activity you will need outdoor shoes and trousers, warm pullover and jacket.
