Welcome to the Prague office of McKinsey & Company, a unique hotbed of innovative ideas, business leaders, and excellence.

We are a professional firm made up of talented people who have decided to pool their abilities in order to deliver top quality to their clients. Our job is to look beyond the obvious, find new perspectives, and conquer new frontiers. We have a track record of solving the most difficult of the most important strategic issues facing the top management teams of our region’s leading organizations. We are a results-oriented firm: We don’t like only to talk, do some analyses, and deliver presentations. We mostly listen, do joint problem solving with the client, and then deliver solutions, which will have impact. Most importantly, we build lasting relationships in the process.

Being able to do all this requires a high degree of professional responsibility, can-do attitude, and mutual trust. We have managed to build a strong office, where people know they can rely on one another through thick and thin.
